Terms and Conditions
Payment Terms. Payment is due at the time of delivery or warehouse pickup.
The Plant Truck accepts check, credit card (3% processing fee applies), and ACH (0% fee). Invoices not paid at time of delivery are subject to a 1.5% monthly late fee and may result in suspension of account.
Ordering. Orders may be placed online, by email, or by phone. Availability is updated weekly and subject to availability at time of processing.
Returns & Credits. Claims for damaged or substandard plants must be submitted within 2 business days of delivery with photographic documentation. No returns will be accepted after this period.
Wholesale Only. This account is for wholesale purchasing for resale only. The account holder certifies they hold a valid Sales & Use Tax certificate.
Account Use. This account may only be used by the business and authorized personnel listed in this registration.
Termination. The Plant Truck reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account for non-payment or misuse.
Governing Law. This agreement is governed by the laws of South Carolina. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Spartanburg County, SC.
